What helps

• Your iPhone model and iOS version, and Shuin’s version.
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or screen recording is worth a lot.
• If Shuin crashed or froze: Profile → Storage → Send diagnostics shows you a report you can read first and attach to your email. Nothing is sent unless you send it.

Your data

Your reading history and library live on your iPhone (and in your own iCloud if you turn on sync). We don’t have a copy, so we can’t see your library — and you don’t need an account. The privacy policy lists everything that leaves your iPhone, and when.

Rights holders

To ask for a cover, description or catalog entry to be removed, see Profile → Storage → Rights → Content removal requests in the app.
